We arrived in front of the Silver Tower Gate just as Lord Sharon Lee approached the gate.

“Identify yourself!”

“The trespassers will be punished!”

A voice that was neither male nor human sounded.

Hearing that, I began looking at the process with interest. I’m sure there is a way to verify our identity.

Sharon Lee showed her badge in front of the gate. The next second, a light shot from the gate and scanned her badge.

“Identified!”

The next second, the door opened.

Palma Wonders’ voice sounded beside me.

“Thanks,” I uttered before going inside.

Palma Wonders followed as well.

Inside the Silver Tower, I saw gothic-style architecture and furniture. Yet there were digital gadgets on the desks. There was a digital device mounted on the wall that was showing a holographic news reporter reading the news.

When I thought that was all, I saw another digital device mounted on the wall showing the holographic mission details.

My pupils shrank. For the first time, I was seeing such facilities inside one building. People could get updates from here; there was no need to go and ask around.

At the same time, Sharon Lee was contacting someone.

Palma Wonders was looking around the furniture and vases.

Shortly afterwards,

A purple-clothed woman wearing a black pointy hat appeared. Her appearance was that of a young lady, but she was a terrifying old monster.

Her skin tone was pale. She had purple hair and eyes. She stood 6 feet tall.

A mechanical voice sounded in my mind.

Hearing that, I gave permission in my mind.

The purple-clothed wizard raised her eyebrows in surprise. She saw the pure gravity mana in that young man’s core. But more importantly, she felt the forbidden aura hidden inside the young man.

“Lord Charlotte,” Sharon Lee called out.

“Sharon, it’s good to see you back. You have succeeded in accepting a Half-Step Supreme Disciple. This girl has a bright future,” Charlotte said while removing her hat.

“Her name is Palma Wonders,” Sharon said before signaling Palma to introduce herself.

Palma Wonders stepped forward with a serious look on her face. Then she introduced herself.

“Good,” Charlotte uttered.

Then she turned toward the young man. Her gaze scanned him from top to bottom.

“Before coming here, I heard from Lord Evelyn. Thank Lord Sharon for finding a Sub-Taboo Talent for us. I heard he is just a level-8 Wizard.”

“It’s a pity. If he were a Level-9 Wizard, he could become an official member. Then we could proceed with the procedures to check his talent, mana aptitude, and mana affinity.”

“Right now, he can only live as the Wizard Seed in this tower,” Charlotte said with a smile.

Her voice sounded peaceful and calm.

On the other hand, I wasn’t offended at all. They were giving me at least a place to stay. I could work hard to reach Level-9 as soon as possible.

“Lord Charlotte, Vincent Carey is talented. During our travel, he took the opportunity of the mana influx to get an inspiration. Because of that, he improved his Rule Power understanding,” Sharon Lee said.

I held the badge in my hand and nodded to her. I didn’t know why, but I was unable to talk.

“Sharon, see you later.” After saying that, Charlotte left the place.

When she was gone, Sharon Lee heaved a sigh of relief. She felt the pressure right now. Even though both were Forbidden Wizards, Lord Charlotte was older than her.

Lord Charlotte was a Forbidden Wizard when she became Supreme. Even she didn’t know how old Lord Charlotte was.

She then collected her thoughts before turning towards Palma Wonders and Vincent Carey.

“Let’s wait here. The staff will come. Once we make arrangements for Vincent Carey, we will go back to our Magic Tower,” Sharon Lee said.

“Okay, Master,” Palma Wonders said.

“Lord Sharon, where is your Magic Tower?” I asked.

“It’s not far away from here. I’ll show you once you settle down here,” Sharon Lee said with a smile.

“Hmmm,” I replied.

Then we sat on the sofa. Lord Sharon started to fill me in with more details. She was worried that I would offend someone, so she was advising me to stay low-key.
