Guide to raise my cutie husbands

Chapter 1744 - 1744: Wolf in Rabbit's Den

Ding Xuelan was embarrassed to her bones, and she became even more embarrassed when she saw Yu Dong standing in front of her in her fine silk clothes. Why could this woman stand in front of her looking so fine as if Yu Dong had descended from the immortal realm while she was in such an embarrassing condition?

The more he looked at Yu Dong, the more angry Ding Xuelan became. Why were the heavens so unfair to her? Why could Yu Dong live such a proper life when she couldn’t?

This time around she was not going to let this matter slide; Yu Dong had to give her an explanation! It was because of the Yu family that her family was suffering so much. She was the one who refused to give her a job, and it was her brother who said that Ding Nuan Nuan was being haunted by something evil.

If that mer had kept his mouth shut, then nothing like this would have happened!

Her family wouldn’t be in trouble, and she wouldn’t have to suffer like this.

It was because of Yu Dong and her family that she and her family were suffering, so it was only right that they repaid her for the trouble that they had brought to her family.

Or else this matter would never come to an end!

Yu Dong was amused by Ding Xuelan’s words; she raised a brow and said to her, “Was the lightning that struck you the last time not enough? Is that why you are back to your old antics?”

As soon as Yu Dong said those words, Ding Xuelan stiffened. That’s right, what if she got struck by lightning again? As if worried that another bolt of lightning was heading her way, she raised her head and looked up at the sky. Only when she was certain that nothing like that was happening did Ding Xuelan heave a sigh of relief?

Village Head Gu also glanced at Ding Xuelan and sighed before turning to look at her third son and asking him to bring Ding Nan.

The last thing she wanted was another mess, and that too at the animal shed!

What if another horde of animals was attacked by the lightning? Who would pay for the loss they would incur if something like that happened?

It was better to take Ding Xuelan away.

‘What kind of sins has this family committed?’ Village Head Gu couldn’t help but wonder in her head. Because this was the first time she saw a family as hated as the Ding family, before this she had never heard or seen someone getting punished by the heavens on a daily basis like this.

Fortunately, Ding Nan just returned from the town. Thus, she ran into Third Brother Gu in the middle of the path and came running when she heard that her sister had caused trouble once again.

As soon as she came to a stop at the grounds, where Ding Xuelan was standing, Ding Nan felt her head throb. What now? What did her sister do this time around?

Ding Nan glanced at Yu Dong before bowing apologetically at her. She then turned to look at Ding Xuelan and asked, “What did you do this time?” This woman, why couldn’t she sit still at home? Why did she have to run out and make trouble every day? Look at this!

“What did you mean by that I made trouble?” Ding Xuelan was like an angry cat whose tail had been stepped on. She glared at her sister before saying, “I never made any trouble.

I was just going on with my day when these beasts attacked me!” She couldn’t lose her temper with Yu Dong or anyone in the village, but that didn’t mean that she couldn’t lose it with Yu Dong or the rest, but that didn’t mean that she couldn’t lose it with Ding Nan.

Aunt Wang immediately refuted, “It’s impossible. The animals in this shed have been perfectly trained. There is no way they would attack anyone without any reason!”

Ding Nan also knew this; though the animal shed was raising the animals to sell their meat, the animals of the shed were perfectly tamed. None of the animals would attack anyone for no reason; she herself had learned this lesson long ago.

She glared at Ding Xuelan, who was looking anywhere but at her.

“I will deal with you later,” Ding Nan said to her before pulling Ding Xuelan towards the animal shed. But who would have thought that as soon as the two sisters moved towards the animal shed, the horde of the lambs stampeded towards them again?

“AHH!” Ding Xuelan screamed as she hid behind her sister; she was afraid that the lambs would stomp on her head again, so she pushed her sister in front.

Ding Nan did not expect such a thing to happen; she staggered forward and turned to look at her sister with a stunned look on her face. Fortunately, the lambs did not charge at her; instead, they looked at her and paused before spitting on the ground.

They knew when and whom to charge on!

The horde of the lambs stopped charging at the two sisters, which allowed Ding Nan enough time to turn and look at her sister with a furious expression on her face. She stared at Ding Xuelan with a black face before asking angrily, “What do you think you are doing? Are you actually pushing me in front of danger like this?”

“How am I pushing you in the face of danger!? Ding Xuelan didn’t think that there was anything wrong with what she had done. She glared at her sister before saying to her, “Look at me; I am battered and bruised like this; if this continues, then I will surely be killed.”

“So you pushed me in front?” Ding Nan roared. She had done so much for this sister of hers; how could she do such a thing to her!? Ding Nan was so hurt that she felt heartbroken.
