Chapter 1879: Reaping the Karma

The door opens and this time Will and Samara enters the temple.

Wargod then look at Samara and said

“The item is on the deep inner sanctum. If you want it, you can take it. It is for you” Wargod said these words and Azief thought Wargod is saying this things to Samara but Wargod is actually looking at Will

Samara took some time to understand but then she nodded. It did not took her long to understand

So, she simply nodded

But Wargod dd not move. Instead, he is still standing there. And this made Samara frowned

“is there something else?”

“A price needs to be paid ; don’t you think?”

There is silence.

And the silence lingered.

Samara look at Wargod. She knows Wargod could crush her right now if he wanted to.

It is really making a deal withs someone when they stand on such a higher ground than you.

It is clear that Wargod wanted something

“What do you want?”

“The Essence Energy of this temple”

“The Essence energy?”

“When the Destroyer came to your galaxy and eradicate your race, when he touches he Temple, He left a bit of His destruction essence here. And then the Creator came. And He give a way out to your race. He too left a bit of the Essence of Creation here. I want it for me to give it as I want”

Samara did not hesitate

“Deal” Wargod nodded

Samara then quickly brought Will to the second floor.

Samara did not hesitate to give the aura away because she knew it is not related at all to the Savi’krian legacy.

But it does relate heavily to that child.

It is not hers or the Savi’krian race from the beginning so there is no need to fight so hard for it.

Just because Wargod negotiates with you doesn’t mean he is really negotiating with you.

Will and Samara goes to the second floor leaving Azief and Wargod alone on the first floor.

Azief thought of something when he heard what Wargod had requested.

But he did not ask any question. Wargod could tell that there is something that Azief wanted to say

But he did not say it. So, Wargod would say it for him

“It is for you”

“I heard you are cultivating your avatar?” Azief hearing this did not become happy. But become even more wary.

Wargod could see Azief expression. He smiles

“Do you think I am too generous?” Wargod ask as he walk toward the entrance of the temple. Azief follows him.

Azief think before he answer this time and he nodded

“Yes. You are too enthusiastic”

“And that scares you?”

Azief chuckles a bit and then added

“It is like I am a pig that is being fattened up to be slaughtered” Wargod hearing this could not help but laugh

“There are some that views you like this. But before the End came, who knows whether you would become a juicy prey or a predator?”

He paused for a second before he laughs

Wargod push the door and he walk out of the temple.

Azief also follows him.

This time he did not ask anything. He seems to be thinking and deliberating

“What should I do now?”

“Wait”

Wargod then look back at the temple behind him and he narrowed his eyes.

“It would take some time for them to take that thing from the inner sanctum. Before they finished, it is time we talk to each other” Wargod said.

“Let’s go to my palace”

Wargod said this and then he slowly floated up in the air and then a second later turning into a red streak.

Azief also jumped into the air and fly up , chasing Wargod, turning himself to be like some kind of light particle.

These two goes away from the forest and it was at this time, that an old man come out of the bush.

A wrinkled face, with silver thick beard, broad shoulders and a mocking smile on the corner of his mouth

He holds a staff to help him stand. Though, those that know him knows he does not need a staff to support his weight.

Wearing grey robe, his eyes seems to be looking left and right he looks like a lost wanderer. But no lost wanderer would be as calm and as unruffled as he is

The Grey Wanderer. The Sorcerer of All Realms descend onto Interium.

“he notices me but did not do anything to me. It seems he knows he owes me one” the Grey Wanderer speaks.

The staff vibrates a little and the Grey Wanderer smiles

“I know. I know”

He shakes his head

Then he looks at the Temple. Then he looks at the sky. He chose the Temple. He look at the walls and he smiles

“Eluvian Stone. Ancient Eluvian stone” he mutters like he is correcting himself. He then walk toward the temple door and pushed the door easily.

Smiling, he enters the Temple

Azief on the other hand is inside the Wargod palace.

He did not have time to appreciate the palace and he is not in the mood of appreciating palace right now.

Wargod brought him to his palace.

He expected to see servants or warriors serving Wargod or maybe ministers or generals.

All he sees however are ghastly shadows that tends to his every need.

And each of these ghastly shadows has some kind of resentment that is very palpable that it could even affect the living world.

Souls.

These ghastly servants are souls that seems to be beholden to Wargod.

This would usually pique his interest and he would probably ask more question.

But now is not the time.

The moment they enter the Palace, Wargod waves his hand and hundreds of layers of protection formation lit up from inside and outside of the palace.

Azief does not pretend to understand all of the formation being lit up but he understand some of it.

After all, some of it is very familiar to him.

Etherna magic formation.

It is something that he could use using his rings and is also one of the compulsory courses if he could call it that, in the blue crystal

These formation that he recognize are all concealing formations and protection formation.

And from the look of Wargod face, he is clearly serious this time.

There is no relaxed expression like before.

Azief did not say anything because he knows how one must concentrate when wanting to erect such a monumental formation.

That is the best way Azief could say it.

Monumental.

At first it was dozen formation interposed with each other.

Then hundreds and then thousand and then tens of thousands that the entire sky outside of the palace is full of magic circle and magic pentagram and magic hexagons

It revolves outside the palace, gathering energy from nearby stars and suns.

Right now, Interium is still sailing and wherever it sails, it drained the life out of the suns and stars they passed

Azief could tell whatever Wargod wanted to talk him about it must be something that nobody else should heard.

The echoing sounds of the formation buzzed through the entire Interium

Outside of Interium.

There is Odin sitting a stone throne.

There is a monkey, sitting cross legged on a golden cloud.

And there is the Jade Emperor, sitting on his magnificent shining throne.

They are all frowning at the same time

“Wargod is not very welcoming” Odin mutters

The Monkey snorted

“Even I would not be welcoming when there is flies around my mountain”

The Jade Emperor however did not say anything.

There is powerful pressure that is trying to repel them from Interium

Even though they are quite far from the atmosphere of Interium, that repelling force still reaches them

While Wargod could not use his true strength because of the seal, the fact that he could achieve this with formation alone, highlight why not many powerful beings in the Universe like to butt heads with Wargod.

If he removes the seal and relay goes serious, there is not many beings in the Omniverse that could supress him

Both Odin and the Stone Monkey could feel the pressure. Then Odin notices something. He looks at Yu Wang and he frowned.

“You do not seem to be repelled” Yu Wang sighed

He then look at Interium below him and he could not help but sighed

“I have Karma to solve with the Savi’krian race. I thought this Karma had ended. But since an heir had come to shoulder the cause and effect, I too must resolve this cause and effect. Wargod knows this. That is why…..that is why he let me off”

Sighing, Yu Wang step up from his throne. The throne dissipated into dust

“He wants me to come down and fulfill this cause and effect”

Odin and the Stoen Monkey could not see the thing he sees right now.

Odin, the Monkey and him could also see the seals that cover the sky. All of it is full of traps and full of dangers.

Even Odin with all of his powers would find it hard to navigate all of those formation.

But there is something else that Yu Wang saw. A route. But this route is probably only meant to be seen by him.

Wargod wanted him to come down….this is the meaning of his words.

“It is time to solve this cause and effect” he sighed as he look at the direction of the Wargod Palace

“One by one” he mutters to himself. When Wargod open the route for Yu Wang, Yu Wang could also see the entirety of Interium

This is Wargod confidence. He is confident that even if you saw what he is doing, you could not stop it.

And it is not like he wanted to stop it. But his intention coming here is for the child. But, he had to solve this Karma first.

It is a reminder….and a warning

So, Yu Wang could only sigh, take his step and in just one brief moment he arrived inside Interium atmosphere. He wanted to teleport himself but the space time and the energy is too restrictive.,

So, he flies to the temple. But he did not enter the Temple. Instead, he stand in front of the temple, standing there and then close his eyes
