Chapter 3165: Entropic Disruption

Chapter 3165: Entropic Disruption

BAM!

Her blow struck Rui’s guard as he defended against her attack with a powerful guard, while his left fist surged towards her jaw with great speed, threatening to knock her out.

WHOOSH!

She ducked, launching a barrage of blows at his lower abdomen at short range.

BANG BANG BANG!

Rui weathered the blows without any guard, using Flux Earther to negate the impact as well as he could as he launched a devastatingly powerful kick at her head, threatening to knock his opponent out then and there.

BAM!

She skidded away as her guard intercepted his powerful blow. Rui shot forward with a powerful charge, unleashing a flurry of well-timed and well-placed blows that peppered her body.

Having already used Angel of Laplace and developed a preliminary predictive model, he could already predict her movements to a good extent. Each time she stepped away from an attack, she found herself in the face of yet another attack that had anticipated her evasion.

BAM!

She winced as a heavy haymaker hook blasted into her left side, barely leaving her the opportunity to defend the attack. She leaped back, only to find sonic bullets charging right at her.

THWOOM THWOOM THWOOM!

She took to the air as she evaded his attacks with graceful ease.

And yet, she had lost track of Rui himself.

BOOOM!

A destructive Flowing Canon almost entirely caught her off-guard, leaving a nasty bruise across her abdomen. Even though Rui hadn’t even used his Yin-Yang Spear due to the fact that she was a relatively low-grade Master, he was still able to easily push her into a corner.

“Your patterns are too transparent.”

BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!

A flurry of blows peppered her as she was forced onto the defensive.

Anybody who watched the battle would conclude that Rui, despite how much he was holding back, was simply too much for the Martial Master.

They weren’t wrong.

But they had underestimated Master Minn.

WHOOSH

His eyes widened as his fist struck thin air.

It was a difference of centimeters.

And yet, she had managed to elude his prediction by just enough to duck under the attack and charge with blinding speed with a wrestling takedown.

“Not bad.”

Chills crawled across her skin as she found herself charging head-first into a heavy knee kick.

BOOM!

“Rgh…!” she grimaced as the heavy attack batted her away with bruised arms.

And yet, Rui had no intention of giving her any slack, arriving before her almost instantly with a knock-out blow.

WHOOSH

His attack missed.

Once again, by centimeters.

His eyes lit up with interest as he peppered her with a variety of blows, each meant to inflict damage on her.

And yet, his blows were imprecise.

Inaccurate.

BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!

She gritted her teeth as she steeled her determination in her attempt to defend herself from his attacks, managing to form a stable defense.

Not because of her defensive prowess.

BAM!

His attack slipped off her guard impotently due to being a centimeter off target. Her attention shifted to the kick that charged towards her head with great speed and power.

BAM!!!

The attack glanced off her head, leaving no more than a cut on the top of her head, but no meaningful damage.

Rui’s eyes lit up with even greater interest as he continued pressing her with blow after blow, bombarding her with boundless attacks. And yet, despite being overpowered and outsped by his vigorous raw physicality, she managed to disrupt the timing of his attacks, one after another.

The difference in their Martial Body was not small.

Rui has consumed multiple enhancing potions, the Blood of Solaris, and had undergone the special blood evolution treatment. Even though her Martial Body was older, it simply couldn’t compare to his raw physicality.

And yet, despite the fact that he was using the pattern recognition system of the VOID algorithm against her, his attacks still failed to overcome her.

Each attack was imprecise.

Each attack was inaccurate.

It created the illusion that there was something wrong with him.

However, he was far too insightful into his opponent to fall for the illusion.

She was the one who had changed, not him.

“I see,” Rui realized even as he peppered her with a barrage of attacks. “You’re using thermodynamic entropy to increase the amount of chaos there is in your physical body. You do this after making your opponent accustomed to a set of patterns, before disrupting the precision and accuracy of their predictions by introducing a lot of thermodynamic entropy.”

In thermodynamics, entropy was simply a measure of disordered energy, heat. The more disordered energy there was, the greater the information burden was relative to all that heat if all that heat was ordered and stored in neat ATP molecules inside the body in the form of chemical potential energy.

With enough of it, she could utilize thermodynamic entropy to reduce the accuracy and precision of Rui’s attacks to keep up with them despite Rui’s massive physical superiority and despite the VOID algorithm.

Since all human beings had subconscious extrapolative systems, her tactic likely worked on all Martial Masters, allowing her to gain crucial advantages over them when they were caught off-guard and end the battle right then and there.

She had attempted that with Rui, only to be batted away before she could even reach him thanks to his remarkable reflexes.

“That isn’t all I’m able to do, Your Sagehood.”

BOOOM!

His eyes widened as a heavy attack crashed into his guard, sending him skidding away.

Her raw power remained unchanged.

And yet, the impact of her blow had greatly intensified relative to her previous attacks.

She surged forth as she unleashed her full power.

“Inversed Entropic Evolution System.”

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!

Each blow she unleashed on him grew progressively stronger as Rui found himself on the defense, patiently bearing her attacks as he studied her with great interest and fascination. Her attacks grew more efficient as the entropic dispersion of her body grew more and more efficient.
